Individual Development Plan

Since 2012, Golgohar has started the manager's assessment and development club in cooperation with the Assessment and Development Center (ADC) of Industrial Management Institute (IMI). I was selected as a candidate, among more than 800 employees of Golgohar, to participate in this club.

Psychological tests such as the Revised NEO Personality Inventory (NEO PI-R), the Watson-Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal (CTA), and the Flanagan Planning Test were applied and then assessors used aptitude tests such as Group Discussion, Managerial Game, Behavioral Interview, and In-Tray Exercise to assess candidates.

Finally, I was admitted into the Golgohar Leadership Development Plan (GOLD), which is one of the largest one in Iran. It consists of various programs such as workshops, mentoring, camps and visits, group study, planning, and execution which are designed and implemented by the ADC of IMI.

Recently, my individual development plan (IDP) is prepared, for the plan of self-development over the current year, for leading me to my 5-years professional and personal outlook. I'll write more about it and my plans in my blog. I'd appreciate if you review them and give me your valuable comments and advices.
